This unit sitting as shown in this photo requires a 36 inch unit, 16 pieces of  8 inch concrete block and 4 solid core 4 inch concrete block to support the stone hearth, 4 chimney blocks, and 90 half split firebrick. After the unit is installed you can add stucco, brick, stone, or tile.
